All Cast Table Reading

It was a wonderful sight today to see all of the cast of the series get together for a table reading of Episode 1 'New Kid on the Block.'

With a week of rehearsals under our belt we are making great progress. It's wonderful to see the chemistry between all the characters develop at each step.

Final Casting - A Success

Sunday, 10th April we held one final casting and are pleased to announce that we have a stellar cast lined up for Episode 1 'New Kid on the Block.'

A massive thanks to Klara and Robert for coming along to the make-up screen test!

Congratulations to all of you! We've got an exciting few months of rehearsals, blocking and memorising lines ahead of us and we're all looking forward to working with you.

Calling All Actors - Take 2

On Sunday 12th March we seriously began our casting process. Auditioning a handful of would be hopeful Harry's. The day ended without too much success but allowed us to have a better idea of what we're looking for and where we're heading.

The following weekend, 19th/20th March we held a nearly all-Tara audition. This resulted in a handful of shortlisted Tara's for the show. We're well on our way now.

Sunday 20th March Australian Weekend Television found our first cast member. It was great to get one of the cast members locked in. Congrats again!

First All-Crew Meeting

The whole crew got together to read over the Episode 1 of the series, "New Kid on the Block."

A lot of coffee, some little muffins and several hours later we went our separate ways with a better understanding of our individual roles within the production. Not to mention how we'd all work together.
